Lumi Mājas offers additional services that bring more freedom and convenience to your everyday life. Explore the available options and submit your request quickly and easily using the form on our website. Additional services can be ordered for a minimum of one month. If needed, you can cancel by notifying us in writing at least five days before the start of the next month. Payment for the service is made until the end of the current calendar month.

Storage room
- Stirnu storage room 20 €/per month
- Tērbatas storage room 20 €/per month
Storage rooms are located on the -1 floor of the building.
Bicycle parking
- Stirnu bicycle space 5 €/per month
- Tērbatas bicycle space 10 €/per month
Storing personal belongings on staircases or in the front hall of the building is not permitted.
